Someone said very well that "fitness is a thousand blessings". Without health, one cannot find wealth, fame, honor and perhaps no happiness at all. The disease not only replenishes a person's life but also empties human pockets.

If you follow a few rules of living, then you can lead a healthy life and stay away from diseases.

1. Let's Go

Experts say that if a person exercises or goes for two hours daily, it improves blood flow to the body, which is very useful for blood pressure patients. Walking improves mental health as well as mental performance while relieving mental stress.

It is better for physical exercise to do your home cleaning and it is better to use the elevator to climb the stairs. You won't have to join a gym.

2. Get a Good Sleep

Allah Almighty has made it to sleep at night & Health and Fitness experts also say that if you get enough sleep at night you will be healthy and energized. Everyone must have at least eight hours of sleep.

Excessive sleep increases the ability to do everyday tasks while relieving fatigue, irritability and stress. Sleep during nighttime benefits twice as much as daytime sleepiness.

3. Wash Hands Thoroughly

Hand washing is the best way to prevent illnesses and their spread. Health and Fitness experts say that people usually have diarrhea, colds and fever because they eat with dirty hands and can cause the spread of diseases.

4. Drink More Water

Every human being is aware of the importance of water but still it is not given importance. Health and Fitness experts say that you should drink and drink at least eight glasses of water daily, but instead of water, we are focusing on cold drinks and other drinks that are extremely harmful to health.

5. Have Breakfast

Breakfast is a must to avoid weakness, to maintain physical and mental health. By not having breakfast, the body not only begins to fade, but it also has an effect on the mental abilities, which causes your mental capacity to start to decline. That's why Health and Fitness experts recommend a full breakfast.

6. Be Careful about Eating

Be careful about your food. Reduce fried foods or sweeteners while increasing the consumption of fruits and vegetables, keeping you healthy and energized. While eating, try to eat less and eat more food is also harmful to Health and Fitness.

It is better to use ghee or fat for cooking than to use some good oil.
